Can I edit my shipping address?Updated 10 days ago

We are pulling all the stops to get your order out as fast as possible this year. We are also expecting a big influx to the amount of requests coming through to our Customer Service team. This means we may not be able to intercept requests or changes to orders before your order is sent to our warehouse team to be picked, packed or dispatched. To be safe, pretty please triple check your address details before you checkout. 


If you do spot something a miss, you’re welcome to reach out to our Customer Service team to see if we can catch it in time: [email protected]. Please note we cannot guarantee we will be able to action your request before your order is processed by our warehouse. 


If your order has already been dispatched and was shipped via Auspost, you can usually redirect your parcel via your tracking link.
