Is your TSC order not quite what you had in mind? That's okay! We can organise either an exchange or refund for you, just a few things to note:
Items purchased that are not marked as final sale and are discounted less than 30%, can be exchanged or returned within 30 days from delivery, providing the exchanged/ returned items are in unused and clean, saleable condition with packaging and tags attached
Items discounted 30% or more can be returned for store credit only
Sale products marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit
The Somewhere Co. does not accept returns or exchanges on end-of-season or final clearance items or earrings for hygiene reasons
Items being exchanged/returned must be in unused and clean, saleable condition with packaging and tags attached
Shipping for the return/exchange is at the customer's own cost unless the item is faulty 
We recommend sending your items back with registered post and tracking as we will not be able to process the exchange/refund if the item goes missing in transit
A refund will be made to the original form of payment, excluding the cost of the shipping. In the event you were eligible for free shipping on your original order and you wish to return an item/s which will bring the total order value back under the free shipping threshold ($100), the shipping cost ($9.95) will be deducted from the refund.

For any exchanges, once we have received your item/items back at our warehouse and it has passed our quality control checks, we would be more than happy to process your exchange! At this point a $9.95 invoice will be sent to you, this is to cover the shipping of getting the 2nd item out to you.

What's your exchange and refund policy?

We offer free shipping on Australian orders over $120 and a flat $9.95 fee for all other orders. 

We also offer express shipping in some locations for $15.00 with Aus Post. If this doesn't appear as an option for your location, never fear! We have already chosen the quickest delivery partner for your area. 

Shipping to New Zealand is free for orders over $120 NZD. For orders under $120, shipping is $9.95 NZD for standard shipping and $15.00 NZD for express

Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

All about International Shipping! 

In non-sale periods, orders are currently taking 1-3 business days to dispatch from our Brisbane, Australia warehouse. 

If you have pre-ordered something, please check the product description for the estimated delivery date. If you ordered other items along with your pre-ordered item, we will dispatch them together. 

The Australian and NZ shipping times estimated below are business days from the date of dispatch. If you live in a rural area, your order may take slightly longer.

How long will my order take to dispatch?

Editing an Existing Order
If you would like to edit your order or shipping address, please send us a message with the change as soon as possible and we will try our very best to help! Please note, if our warehouse team have already begun processing your order (they're a speedy bunch), we may not be able to make any changes.

Order was Damaged in Transit
Oh no! We are so sorry this has happened.
If your item has arrived broken, please reach out to us at help@thesomewhereco.com with your order number, photos of the broken item and the outside of the parcel with the postage label clearly visible. We can either organise for a replacement to be sent or a refund if you would prefer.

Faulty Item Received
