Here is everything you need to know:
- When does the fun begin?!
- The sale will run from 6:00 pm Tuesday 27th May and end at midnight Tuesday 3rd May, AEST (Brisbane time)
- The sale will be available on our AU/NZ site and in our 3 stores: Indooroopilly QLD, Karrinyup WA and Fitzroy VIC
- The sale is not available on our US and UK sites this time, sorry folks!
- Discounts & Codes
- Prices are as marked, no code is needed
- As the discounts will be SO juicy, they can’t be used in conjunction with any other offers - this means discount codes and bundle deals will be disabled for the duration of the sale
- Shipping & Dispatch
- Orders will be shipped within the fortnight! Once your order hits the road, you will receive a tracking email
- Free shipping will be available on all Australian orders over $200, excluding bulky items which will incur a $15 charge
- Standard Shipping will be $9.95 and Express will be $20.00
- Please note: upgrading to Express Postage expedites the shipping time after your order leaves us, however, orders will still be processed and packed in order of when the order was placed
- Editing orders
- Please be sure to double-check your order to make sure everything is *just right*
- Orders can be edited for 30 minutes after the order is placed - including adding and removing items, and updating shipping details
- How? You will be able to edit via the order confirmation page, and by clicking the 'Edit or view my order' button in your confirmation email
- We are not able to merge orders
- Once 30 mins has passed, we are usually unable to make any edits. If you're really stuck, feel free to reach out and we will see if there is anything we can do to help
- Afterpay & Payments
- Afterpay will not be available for the first day of the sale, it will be back Wednesday, 28 June. This is because too many apps on the website in peak times can cause little gremlins and delays, which we want to avoid!
- Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and our usual debit/credit options will be available to use throughout the sale, as well as TSC Gift Cards
- Shopping the sale in store
- Products available in each store will vary between locations - it’s first in best dressed!
- We're not able to hold or reserve stock without payment, but we can take phone orders to reserve items as well as ship them to you

- Click and Collect
- Will be available in all 3 locations
- We kindly ask you to wait for your 'ready to collect' email before visiting our store team, if you come too early, your order may not be ready!
- Please collect your order within 5 days
- Returns and Exchanges
- Something not quite right? Our usual returns and exchange policy will apply during our Mid Year Sale, you can read more about it HERE
- If you return an order that was eligible for a Gift With Purchase (GWP) and choose not to send the GWP back, the GWP RRP will be deducted from the return amount
