How long will it take for my international order to be dispatched and arrive? 
Orders placed outside of sales will be on their way within 1 business day *Excluding preorders and personalised items.

Every country plays by its own rules, so there’s a chance extra charges might pop up upon delivery. Still unsure? Your local customs office is the best place for the inside scoop.
Any extra customs charges that come up in transit are the customer’s responsibility. If an order is refused because of unpaid fees, it’ll be held for up to two weeks. After that, it’s considered abandoned, and unfortunately we’re unable to process a refund — extra charges may apply.
