Can I edit or merge multiple orders?Updated 9 hours ago

This is the busiest time of year for TSC and whilst the team are all hands on deck trying to process 1000s of orders, we want to limit delays and possible errors. 


This means we are unfortunately unable to merge or edit orders after you place your order. Please be extra careful when checking out. We so appreciate your understanding!


If you do wish to change your order after you receive it, we have a few options:


  • Sale items purchased that are not marked as final sale can be exchanged following our usual policy which you can read about here: Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Items being exchanged/returned must have proof of purchase, be in unused and clean, saleable condition with packaging and tags attached

  • Any eligible refunds or store credits will reflect the purchase price of the item as paid at checkout.

  • Please note Sale products marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for a refund or store credit

  • Returns during TSC Fest will take longer than usual to process - 5 to 7 business after your items arrive back to us
