Can I get free shipping?

You most certainly can ✨. For our AU Community, free shipping is available on orders over $200 AUD, excluding beach cabanas, umbrellas and chairs. There will be a flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $200 and $18 for all bulky/beach orders. For our NZ

Can I edit my shipping address?

We are pulling all the stops to get your order out as fast as possible this year. We are also expecting a big influx to the amount of requests coming through to our Customer Service team. This means we may not be able to intercept requests or changes

Can I edit or merge multiple orders?
