What is your return and exchange policy during TSC Fest?
Is your TSC order not quite what you had in mind? That's okay!
How long will it take to ship my order?
All orders placed during our TSC Fest will have a 10-14 business day dispatch time frame. It’s our busiest time of year, and our small but mighty team are packing orders as quickly as they can.
Can I edit or merge multiple orders?
This is the busiest time of year for TSC and whilst the team are all hands on deck trying to process 1000s of orders, we want to limit delays and possible errors. This means we are unfortunately unable to merge or edit orders after you place your ord
Can I edit my shipping address?
We are pulling all the stops to get your order out as fast as possible this year. We are also expecting a big influx to the amount of requests coming through to our Customer Service team. This means we may not be able to intercept requests or changes

No, our Bundle Offers & Discount Codes will not be available. But don’t you worry, our Festival discounts are *so* juicy you won’t need em’!.

At this stage, TSC Fest is just for our Australia site - we're sorry! We haven't forgotten about you though - some juicy offers are coming!.
Is Click and Collect available during the sale?
Click and Collect is on a short hiatus for now, as our store team will be extra busy during our TSC Festival.
Can I buy a gift card during TSC Festival?
