My Product Arrived Damaged/ Broken!

We pack our products as securely and safely as possible, but breakages can happen. If your item has arrived broken, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number, photos of the broken item and the outside of the parcel with the postage label clearly visible. We can either organise for a replacement to be sent or a refund if you would prefer.
