If you used a gift card, the funds will be returned to the gift card.&#xA0; If your item was a gift, we do require as much information as possible e.g. A receipt or proof of purchase, order number, or name of the person who placed the order. We may not be able to help you if we don&apos;t have this information, but we will do our best.&#xA0;If your item was purchased from a stockist of The Somewhere Co, they will take care of your exchange / refund.
