Faulty Items and Our WarrantyUpdated a month ago

We offer a 3-month warranty on TSC items. If there's a fault with your product, please send us an email with your order number as well as all the details including photos. 

If the item is deemed faulty, we will organise either a replacement with shipping at our cost or a refund if you prefer, as long as the order is within our warranty timeframe and you have proof of purchase. Please note, refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method used. 

If you have purchased an item from a stockist, or it is was a gift, we do require as much information as possible ie. Store purchased from, receipt or proof of purchase, or name of person who placed the order.
