Is your SMWR. Fashion order not quite what you had in mind? That's okay! We can organise either an exchange or refund for you, just a few things to note:

• To be eligible for a refund or exchange, SMWR. [by The Somewhere Co.] items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Refunds (that are eligible) will be processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
• Shipping for the return/exchange is at the customer's own cost unless the item is faulty. See our page for Faulty Items & Warranty.
• To begin the return process, use your order number and the email used to place the order to create a return label here. 

Please note, return labels generated through Australia Post will be calculated and charged at the time the label is generated. If your item is faulty, please reach out to our customer happiness team on [email protected]. 

A refund will be made to the original form of payment, excluding the cost of the shipping. In the event you were eligible for free shipping on your original order and you wish to return an item/s which will bring the total order value back under the free shipping threshold ($150), the shipping cost ($9.95) will be deducted from the refund.

For any exchanges, once we have received your item/items back at our warehouse and it has passed our quality control checks, we would be more than happy to process your exchange. At this point a $9.95 invoice will be sent to you, this is to cover the shipping of getting the 2nd item out to you.
