What is your return and exchange policy during the Black Friday sale?Updated 10 days ago

Is your TSC order not quite what you had in mind? That's okay! We can organise either an exchange, store credit or refund for you, just a few things to note:

  • Items purchased that are not marked as final sale can be exchanged or returned within 30 days from delivery, providing the exchanged/ returned items are in unused and clean, saleable condition with packaging and tags attached
  • Sale products marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. These items will be labelled on their product page, during checkout and on your order confirmation page 
  • The Somewhere Co. does not accept returns or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons
  • Items being exchanged/ returned must have proof of purchase, be in unused and clean, saleable condition with packaging and tags attached
  • Shipping for the return/exchange is at the customer's own cost unless the item is faulty. See our page for Faulty Items & Warranty
  • Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days from the date your return arrives to our warehouseexcluding the cost of shipping 
  • In the event you were eligible for free shipping on your original order and you wish to return an item/s which will bring the total order value back under the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund

Please note, return labels generated through Australia Post will be calculated and charged at the time the label is generated. If your item is faulty, please reach out to our customer happiness team on [email protected]

Once we have received your item/items back at our warehouse and they have passed our quality control checks, your refund will be processed. In the event you were eligible for free shipping on your original order and you wish to return an item/s which will bring the total order value back under the free shipping threshold ($200), the shipping cost ($9.95) will be deducted from the refund.

For any exchanges, a $9.95 invoice will be sent to you to cover the shipping of the 2nd item. 

If you are not using our returns portal, please include your name, order number and preferred refund, exchange or store credit inside your package (skip this step if using our returns portal - it will do this for you!). Please ship the item you're returning or exchanging here:
