Why is Shipping Taking So Long?Updated a month ago

Damn snail mail! Unfortunately, once a parcel leaves our warehouse there isn't much we can do to speed up the process. Once it is in the hands of the posties, sometimes there can be delays due to hiccups along the way - think bad weather or train derailments. 

Please keep an eye on your tracking, if there has been a considerable delay please reach out to Aus Post or SEKO directly, they can often provide you with more information on their platform than we can.
